I loved the convenient location of this hotel which made exploring the city on foot very easy. The secure parking was also a big plus for me. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and I appreciated that they spoke English well. The modern interior was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious.
Nothing for me.

The hotel was well-located for a Christmas stay, close to shops and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the chillier nights. We enjoyed the optional breakfast, which offered a good selection at a reasonable price.
The room itself was stark and a little cold, with a concrete floor that felt uninviting. the street noise was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

Light, bright airy duplex for me and my husband, single room for our adult son. Both well equipped and spacious.Very pleasant little garden for evening drinks from the bar. Specially friendly and helpful staff. Close to town centre but quiet and peaceful, peace broken only by very rare train passing on line close by. We like trains! Walking distance from railway station.
Pity that the units etc were of poor quality though newish and perfectly serviceable at the time of our visit. Wonder what they'll look like in a year's time. Perhaps they refurbish regularly.

The privacy, the cleanliness and the location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a fascinating town. It was conveniently located near the centre and cathedral, allowing me to explore on foot. The secure car park was definitely a plus. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. I also appreciated the provided kettle and coffee, which I didn't find in other places I stayed at. The clean and modern interior, along with the bar and garden, added to the pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast, although not very imaginative, was satisfactory. The view from my window of the cathedral and statue was simply iconic.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was superb.

There is no lift. The train line is less than 20 metres away. The road noise if you have a room near the road is loud. The kitchenettes are a great idea and well worth the extra
The uncomfortable chairs and the low beds. The lighting was inadequate.

The rooms and the hotl have an edgey sense of design. The price and the courtesy if the staff were great. I would stay there again myself and have already told some friends about it.
The lighting in the bathroom was not in a helpful place.

The location was very convenient for exploring the town and monuments, and the hotel had a secure car park which was reassuring. The staff were friendly and could speak English fluently. The room was spacious and had a good view over the surroundings.
The noise from the surroundings was unbearable, multiple sources of outdoor sounds could be heard all night long. the room lacked some basic amenities, the bed was not comfortable, and the bathroom was poorly ventilated, and it smelled of moisture.

The location is close to the city centre, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel prices are reasonable value for money
The relentlessly modern styling leads to some absurd design results, such as a fully glazed south-facing wall - with no view, but a boiling hot room as a consequence. The walk-in shower wets everything but the person in it, and the absence of ventilation on the upper level meant it remained over 30C all night.

Simple and basic but lovely big rooms, nice design, spacious bathroom and nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful. Good for a basic few days.
bare floors a bit cold. Lighting in bathroom and room not in the right place.

This hotel is conveniently located near the historical city center and the hiking shop. It also has private parking. One positive aspect of this hotel is the friendly staff who are willing to assist guests. the bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of blankets.
There is one downside to this hotel. the continental breakfast is very basic, which does not include dishes for croissants or butter, making it difficult to eat.

Nice staff, they even waited for us being late in the evening.

Nice, proper and basic hotel within the city centre (approx. 300 mtr) with friendly staff.
Just a small point - but as we had indicated we travel with young kids, a room on the ground floor would have been more convinient.
